The Weezer Video for their new song, Pork and Beans, contains many references to popular viral videos of the past. Many people won't realize that the video contains all those references because I didn't recognize many of them myself. Weezer seems to continue to stay in touch with their fan base with this video and quite smartly because people don't really pay attention to music videos anymore. The only music video I have really paid attention to recently was "Rockstar" from Nickelback, oh and "Girlfriend" from Avril Lavigne but that was for a different reason, wink wink.

This video on You Tube has been very popular recently, shocker. It was thought that it was a viral Ad for Wii and their new fitness game but it apparently it was not. I am sure the marketers of Nintendo were pretty happy, especially because they had no involvement in it which could have been a little scandalous. This certainly make me want to buy my girlfriend a Wii. I have seen the topless Wii videos floating around as well but this one is great because it is so subtle.
